We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or store credits are issued.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be issued in the following circumstances: (a) the product received is significantly different from what was ordered; (b) the product arrives damaged or visibly compromised; (c) the product fails to meet the stated purity specification as indicated on the Certificate of Analysis.
2. How to Raise a Claim
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. To raise a claim, contact us at support@vitalitypeptides.in or via WhatsApp with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of research-grade products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following: (a) orders where the product has been opened, used, or reconstituted; (b) improper storage by the customer leading to degradation; (c) change of mind after dispatch; (d) custom or bulk orders.
4. Refund Processing
Once a claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a store credit at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your order is damaged during shipping, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from your confirmed order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched and provide a return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.
7. Discretion
Vitality Peptides reserves the right to refuse a refund claim that does not meet the above criteria. All decisions are final after review.
