KPV
α-MSH C-terminal tripeptide for anti-inflammatory and gut-mucosa research.
KPV is a tripeptide derived from the C-terminal fragment of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, retaining the parent peptide anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activity without its pigmentation effects. Research has demonstrated cellular penetration and inhibition of NF-κB-mediated inflammatory signalling, with reductions in TNF-α and IL-6 markers and supportive findings in inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune and arthritis models. Each vial is lyophilised under nitrogen, HPLC-verified at ≥99% purity, and ships with a full Certificate of Analysis.
